We're a Non-Denominational Christian Church focused on the importance of building a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We follow the Bible, rather than aligning with a specific traditions. We believe in salvation by grace through faith in Jesus, the power of prayer, healing and deliverance, loving others, and living out the teachings of Christ. We're a Bible-believing and Christ-centered family of believers.
THE BIBLE – WE BELIEVE that the Bible is God’s Word to the world, speaking to us with authority and without error. The Bible gives every Christian guidance on how to live. Psalm 18:30, Luke 11:28, 2 Timothy 3:16-17, James 1:22.
GOD – WE BELIEVE there is one true God, who forever lives in three persons – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Genesis 1:26-27, Matthew 3:16-17, Matthew 28:19, 1 Corinthians 12:4-6.
JESUS CHRIST – WE BELIEVE in the divinity of Jesus Christ the Son, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His death for us on the cross, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the Father, and His personal and physical return to rule the earth in power and love. Matthew 1:20-23, John 1:14-18, John 5:19-20, John 11:25-26.
LOVE OF GOD – WE BELIEVE that the primary purpose for Jesus Christ’s life on earth was to fully reveal the love of God the Father; for the people of this world through His ministry, life, death on the cross and resurrection. John 3:16, John 5:19-20.
SALVATION – WE BELIEVE that mankind is born in sin and in need of salvation. Salvation is available to all who are willing to turn from sin and personally trust in Jesus Christ, and not a result of good works. Psalm 51:5, Acts 4:12, Romans 10:9, Ephesians 2:8,9.
THE HOLY SPIRIT – WE BELIEVE the Holy Spirit lives in us as believers and brings love, joy, peace, patience/forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control into our lives. He works in and through us with the gifts of the Holy Spirit to set us apart from the world, to unite the body of believers, and to build up others in the faith. The indwelling of the Holy Spirit occurs at the moment of salvation/spiritual birth and the filling of the Holy Spirit occurs at the time of the believer’s acceptance of the baptism of the Holy Spirit. We believe that speaking in tongues is available to all in accordance with scripture and it is a sign of the baptism of the Holy Spirit. Matthew 3:11, John 14:17, Acts 2:4, 1 Corinthians 12:7-11, Galatians 5:22, Ephesians 4:11-13, Ephesians 5:18.
MARRIAGE – WE BELIEVE that marriage is a human relationship between one man and one woman, and as such is intended to reflect the relationship between Jesus Christ and the Church. We believe that God has commanded that no intimate sexual activity be engaged outside of marriage between a man and a woman. Genesis 2:18-25, Matthew 19:4-6, Ephesians 5:25-32.
FINAL JUDGEMENT – WE BELIEVE that Jesus Christ will return and come again to the earth – personally, visibly, and bodily. We believe in the resurrection of every person; eternal life for the believer and eternal punishment for the unbeliever. The Lord Jesus Christ commanded all believers to proclaim the Gospel throughout the world and to disciple people from every nation. The fulfillment of that Great Commission requires that all worldly and personal ambitions be subordinated to a total commitment to “Him who loved us and gave Himself for us.” Matthew 25:46, John 5:24, 1 Corinthians 15:20-22, Revelation 22:20.
UNITY AND COMMUNITY – WE BELIEVE that God admonishes His people to assemble together regularly for worship, for participation in ordinances (baptism and the Lord’s Supper), for edification through the Scriptures, and for mutual encouragement. We believe in unity for all believers and seek community together. We preserve the integrity of the Body of Christ; as it is imperative for all employees and volunteers to abide by and agree with this Statement. We are called to love Him and one another. We are able to express His love only as His life flows in and through us. We believe in mercy and forgiveness through Jesus Christ to all who confess and forsake their sin. We believe all people should be afforded respect, love, compassion, and kindness. We do not accept hateful, harassing behavior, or attitudes directed towards any individual and that believe such behavior is not in accordance with scripture. Matthew 7:1, Matthew 22:37-40, Romans 8:1, 1 Corinthians 1:10, 1 Corinthians 12:12-13, Hebrews 10:25, James 4:12, 1 John 1:9.
At the same time, we want to clearly express that we do not discriminate and we welcome all people to attend, worship, and grow with us. Our church is a place where everyone can come as they are, encounter the love of Christ, and experience grace, truth, and transformation. We are committed to sharing God’s truth with compassion while loving and respecting every person.
